At Escuela de Gracia, your soul will bloom. Through our exploration of Eurythmy you will learn to make the formative force of speech visible by sculpting the space around you as a sculptor models clay. In graceful, choreographed full-body movement you will learn to reveal the streaming light quality of musical tone by reaching to the stars where these tones originate.
A Path Forward
We offer Eurythmy for our contemporary time, remaining faithful to Rudolf Steiner’s introduction of this new art in the early twentieth century. Eurythmy seeks to make the invisible aspects of the world visible through joyful, active, artistic movement. Just as a musician plays the violin or flute, the Eurythmist develops, tunes, and learns to master their body, soul, and spirit as their instrument. Eurythmy reunites us with the living forces of nature, bringing balance to the hardening forces of our materialistic culture, gracing the soul with greater flexibility.
Eurythmy Study
Rudolf Steiner offered a spiritual path of knowledge toward freedom for all humanity. He brought ancient gifts of wisdom from the East to those in the West seeking a modern path to the spirit. Escuela de Gracia brings Rudolf Steiner’s artistic impulse, as originally embodied in the first Goetheanum, from the Northern to the Southern hemisphere in the Americas to make it available to all.
In recognition that there are few trained eurythmists in Ibero-America, Euritmia Gracia is centered in Buenos Aires province, Argentina, convenient to those regions of South America most thirsting for Eurythmy. Proximity to Ezeiza international airport makes it accessible to students from foreign countries.
